John Celie (Director of Groenland B.V.) was recently nominated as a finalist in the title EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2019 award. The nominees have just been announced and John Celie (Greenland) will compete against Atilay Uslu (Corendon), Siert Wijnia (Ultimaker) and Jeroen van Glabbeek (CM.com). Alderman Robert van Rijn (EZ) of Aalsmeer took this opportunity to visit John together with Debbie Borst and Kirsten Verhoef of Ondernemend Aalsmeer and congratulate him on this wonderful nomination.
The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year programme is organised by EY in more than sixty countries worldwide and is the world’s most prestigious prize of its kind. The title pays tribute to innovative entrepreneurship, encouraging and supporting entrepreneurs to get the very best out of themselves, their customers and their employees. The award is presented worldwide, in more than 60 countries.
The nominated entrepreneurs will present themselves to an independent jury on 4 September. This jury selects the finalists. The winners will be announced on 2 October.
